Vergangenheit der guten Julia gewidmet zum 22ten May 1812 von ihrem mit Liebe und Dank ewig verpflichteten Wilhelm.” which translates “Some Highlights from My Significant past of My life, dedicated to the Good Juliana on 22nd of May 1812 in Love and in Gratitude by Eternally Indebted Wilhelm”.
