Calendula tea can help with digestive issues, diarrhoea, chronic inflammation of mucous membranes, diseases of the gallbladder and liver and many other ailments. According to traditional medicine, calendula has a soothing effect.  

Ingredients: calendula flower 

Preparation: Pour a glass of boiling water on 1–2 teaspoons of herb, let it steep for 2–5 minutes and strain.  

Storage: in a sealed container in a dark place

Alexander Georg von Bunge was a world-famous botanist in the 19th century and the first professor of the University of Tartu to focus only on botany. He described more than 400 new plant species.
