The tea of joy is a perfect companion for dark winter nights. It has a lovely mild taste. Highly recommended during the flu season.  

Ingredients: hyssop herb (Hyssopus officinalis), black currant leaves (Ribes nigrum), Moldavian dragonhead herb (Dracocephalum moldavica), calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis) 

Preparation: Pour a glass of boiling water on 1–2 teaspoons of herb, let it steep for 2–5 minutes and strain.  

Storage: in a sealed container in a dark place

Alexander Georg von Bunge was a world-famous botanist in the 19th century and the first professor of the University of Tartu to focus only on botany. He described more than 400 new plant species.
